The specialist castings and engineering group said last month Price would join the board with effect from 1 June, while predecessor Kevin Nolan will remain a director of the company with responsibilities for key projects and client accounts.
Tomlinson will also be appointed on 1 June as group finance director and company secretary as previously announced.
He is replacing Neil Davies, who will remain with the company to help ensure an orderly transition.
“Kevin and Alan are established senior members of the Chamberlin management team. We are delighted that they are now stepping up to the main board as directors of the company, at a point of real opportunity for Chamberlin,” said chairman Keith Butler Wheelhouse.
“I thank Kevin Nolan for the contribution he has made to Chamberlin during some very challenging times, and for providing Chamberlin with a platform for future growth. We are pleased that Kevin will remain a director of the company, to lend his experience and support to the new team.
“I also thank Neil for his contribution and wish him well for the future.”
