KRM22 unveils partnership with Kintail Consulting focusing on people and culture risk

KRM22 PLC (LON:KRM) said it has entered a partnership with consultancy and strategy services firm Kintail Consulting to address the area of people and culture risk in capital markets.


The risk management software specialist said the partnership will focus on bringing multiple strands of the focus area into a single integrated Risk Cockpit based on KRM22’s existing offering, which it said will allow human resources professionals to access “a holistic view of all people and culture objectives, initiatives, operational processes and risk including oversight across compliance obligations”.

Established in 2012, Kintail focuses on helping organisations achieve success through the “continued development of leadership and a culture that reflects the organisations vision and values”. The company is headed by Chris Cherrington, who KRM22 said has wide-ranging experience in advising management and leadership to capital markets institutions.
